Egg of the Universe is holding a #nomnom wholefoods dinner workshop (cook it, then eat it!) this Friday 10 July, exploring the yoga of eating, the benefits of listening to your body and eating through the seasons.
Moving into the coldest season of the year a few key whole foods cooking principles become champions, so they will demonstrate how to make simple bone broths, kicharis and talk through the benefits of activating your grains and seeds such as porridge for the greatest sustenance & internal warmth.
