The 3 Weeds Restaurant celebrate foodie legend Ian (Herbie) Hemphill and the release of his master work; The Spice and Herb Bible, Third Edition.
The evening will take you on a journey which demystifies spices through a conversation with Herbie over five delectable courses.
Chef Nathan Jackson puts his own interpretation on dishes from Herbie’s book applying his philosophy of using sustainable meats, fish and produce to highlight the versatility of herbs and spices.
Each course is designed to explore the characteristics of some of Herbie’s favourite spices, dispelling the conception that spice equates to hot.
